LCT Youth Theatre is pleased to present Seussical Jr as part of the Spring musical program. Classes will begin on Saturday, March 21st and continue to be held until the final performance on June 6th. Attendance for all tech rehearsals and performances is mandatory. Class is open to participants ages 8 through 14 years of age. Parents are expected to arrive 10 - 15 minutes early to ensure class starts on time. All students should wear comfortable clothing they can move in and bring a snack and refillable water bottle. Practicing at home, as well as the ability to read and memorize lines will be required to participate.
Classes are scheduled on Saturday from 9 am to 12 pm, Tuesday from 5 - 7:30 pm, and Wednesday from 5:30 - 7:30 pm. Not all participants will be called for every class but should have the days and times available.
Performances will be held on Friday, June 5th at 7 pm and Saturday, June 6th at 2 pm and 7 pm for a live audience. Each participant will receive 2 complimentary admissions to be redeemed at a performance of their choosing.
Tech rehearsals will be held on Saturday May 30th from 9 am to 2 pm, Sunday May 31st from 1 pm - 5 pm, June 1st through June 3rd from 5:30 pm - 8 pm, and Thursday June 4th from 5:30 pm - 9 pm.
Each student is expected to behave in a respectful manner while in class. LCT has no tolerance for bullying of any kind. All accusations of misconduct will be thoroughly investigated by the Youth Program Education Director and program staff.
