Board of Trustees

Gary Kingsbury, Chair, is a lifelong Thomaston resident and local educator who has been recognized by numerous local, regional, and national organizations for his advocacy for people with disabilities in the area of arts education. He has been involved with the Thomaston Opera House in numerous production and performing capacities.

 

Foster Reese, Vice Chair, is a technical software consultant and private contractor residing in Southbury. Foster has been involved in several community theatre's in the region and sits on other non-profit community theatre boards. At Thomaston Opera House, Foster has participated in over 15 productions as director, choreographer, and actor.

 

Courtney Deraleau, Secretary, is a Burlington resident and mother of four. She brings a background in funds development for non-profit with experience in media relations. She has actively been involved in the Thomaston Opera House since 2013, serving on the Volunteer and Golf Tournament Committees. 

 

Christina Molliconi, Treasurer, is a Thomaston resident and engineering consultant. She currently runs the Thomaston food pantry, serving 60 families a month, and is LCT's house manager. She credits her son, Louis, for getting her involved in theater. 

 

State Rep. John Piscopo, Member, continues the family tradition of volunteer work for the Thomaston Opera House. He is a lifelong resident of Thomaston. He has served as a State Representative since 1988. John holds a degree in History and Political Science from Eastern CT State University. He has also volunteered for several town boards and non-profit organizations.

 

George P. Seabourne, Member, is an Attorney and partner at Seabourne & Malley, Attorneys at Law, located on main street in Thomaston. He is an active community member, serving as Chairman of the Thomaston Savings Bank Board of Directors and as most recent past president of the Thomaston Rotary Club.
